# What is the difference between the Speed, Balanced, and Quality AI modes?

Pick your AI mode under **Advanced** on the **Content** tab of your import options, based on how much detail you need.

| Mode | Speed | Best for |
| ---------------------- | ----------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| ⚡ **Speed** | Fastest | Bulk imports and simple products |
| **Balanced** (default) | Balanced | Most stores |
| ✨ **Quality** | Most detail | High-value products and complex variants |

| For tricky product pages, also switch **Variant detection mode** on the same tab from `Balanced` to `Aggressive`. Aggressive prioritises finding the maximum number of variants and may include inferred options.
