# Why isn't my product appearing after I click publish?

Products are often imported as **Drafts** by default so you can review them before they go live.

To make them visible:

1. Go to your **store admin**.
2. Change the product status from `Draft` to `Active`.
3. Make sure the product is assigned to the appropriate **sales channel**.
