How do I use Product Upload with WooCommerce?

Two ways, and the plugin is the better one.

The free WordPress plugin (recommended)

It creates products in WooCommerce for you, with variations, attributes and images, so there is no CSV to map by hand.

Download the plugin .zip from the WooCommerce page.
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload it.
Open the Product Upload screen in your WP admin and click Connect Product Upload. You are sent to productupload.co to click Authorize, then returned to WordPress.
Import products as usual. The plugin picks them up on a background schedule that runs every 5 minutes, so they appear shortly after rather than instantly.

There are no WooCommerce REST API keys involved. If you have been generating keys under WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, you do not need them and Product Upload cannot use them.

CSV export

Still available if you would rather not install anything:

Select the products you want, click Publish products, and choose WooCommerce.
In WordPress, go to Products → Import, upload the CSV, and follow the mapping steps.
