Can I set automatic pricing rules or markups?
Yes. The rules live under Pricing on the Product setup tab of your import options, and they apply to every import automatically.
Set Price to whichever way you think about margin, then put the figure in Amount:

Price rounding then snaps each result to a retail-friendly ending, so you get $19.99 rather than $19.37.
