Why isn't my product appearing after I click publish?

Products are often imported as Drafts by default so you can review them before they go live.


To make them visible:


  1. Go to your store admin.
  2. Change the product status from Draft to Active.
  3. Make sure the product is assigned to the appropriate sales channel.


On Shopify, check that the product is added to the Online Store sales channel.
